2 bedroom house with huge garden (1 room with double, 1 with single bed, both furnished with wardrobe, bedside table, drawer, table + chair.) Breakfasting kitchen comes with gas cooker incl. eye-level grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster; cooking utensils and cutlery/plates. In the living room you find 2 sofas, dining table and chairs as well as TV and phone. Bathroom with shower in bath. Wifi, bedding and towels are included. Full gas central heating. Free parking.

Bus + train stop nearby, very good links to City Center (Royal Conservatoire, Strathclyde + Caledonian Uni) and to Paisley (UWS). To University of Glasgow, 1 change is required. Very short drive to access M8.

Rent:
For lets <5 months, the rent is £390/room all incl. (except Council Tax)
For lets >5 months, the monthly rent is £350/room all incl. (except Council Tax).

+40 GBP for bills for a second person in the double bedroom.
Includes all bills (even a flatrate to landlines in Germany) except Council Tax.

1 month rent + deposit (which will be registered with one of the official deposit schemes) are paid upfront. References are required

For German exchange students, German holiday-home contracts can be made so they feel more familiar with the legal side. In this case, the rent for the term of the contract is paid in advance (instalments to be discussed) and 1 month' rent serves as reservation/deposit.
