The flat has high ceilings at 3.2m, giving a spacious and welcoming environment to live in. The living room has recently been renovated and the original fireplace and timber floorboards have been restored.

The transport links to the city centre and west end are really good with bus and train links on your doorstep. The city centre is a 10 minute bus ride or a 15-20 minute walk. The trains can get to the west end in under 15 minutes.

Rent for the room is £650 per month. Length of stay can be discussed, but would be prefereable to be a short term tenancy. Council Tax is split been the three rooms.
