I am looking for one quiet professional, mature, tidy flatmate to share with one middle aged female flatmate. Preferably a longer let but negotiable.
My name is Mike and I have owned the flat for over 10 years. At the moment I am only very occasionally visiting my flat as I work abroad. The other flatmate comes from Canada and has lived there for over two years, she is an office worker and mostly enjoys cooking and watching TV. She will happily share with another mature professional person, shift worker, male or female.
The flat is bright as it is on the 2nd floor and is a former council flat so the rooms are a good size. The spare room has a small double bed, chest of drawers, desk, energy saver heater, blackout blind on window. The bedroom looks westwards over trees and the parking below. Free car parking outside. There are corner shops nearby.
Shared use of lounge, kitchen and bathroom (electric shower). Kitchen has a washing machine and a condenser dryer, separate fridge and freezer units, microwave and electric cooker. The WIFI is included. The flat does not have gas heating because there is no gas on the scheme.
Flat is in Craigend, near M8 Junction 11. Also easy access to A80 northbound via Stepps village and the Crowood roundabout. There is a No38 bus service every 9minutes to the city centre/or Fort going the other way, city centre by car is 10 minutes. Good location for anyone working at The Royal Infirmary, or eastwards along the M8 eg Strathclyde Business Park.

The current lodger in the room stayed for 14 months and is moving for a new job in a different city.
