Hi I'm Clare and I'm seeking a female house mate to rent a room in my house. I've been here for 9 years and it's an excellent location, just 5 mins from the QEU hospital and next to the Clyde Tunnel, M8 and rail, underground and bus links. I'm also just a 10 minute drive to Braehead and 10 mins to Asda in the other direction. It's the perfect location for anyone working in the hospital or needs quick links to anywhere in Glasgow. Cardonald train station provides a one stop service into Glasgow Central meaning you're just 8 minutes away from the city centre too!
The house is a 3 bedroom Semi detached in a quiet new build estate and is in good order with a stylish mid century decor theme to the downstairs and neutral throughout the rest. Downstairs there's and open plan living and dining room, with kitchen and WC. Upstairs there's a family bathroom with new shower and 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is an office with an iMac which you will also have full use of as well as fibre optic Broadband and EETV downstairs. Outside there's and front and back garden as well as off road parking for up to 3 cars.
The room itself is a spacious double room located at the rear of the house overlooking the garden which I'm currently decorating to freshen up for a new housemate. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chair and chest of drawers as well as fitted wardrobe with mirrors. Bedding is also included in the rental so an easy move without the worry of buying anything new!
I work full time as a retail manager, working shifts, so you'll have space and time to have the house to yourself. I'm friendly and sociable, but also respect the need for privacy, so you won't find an overbearing housemate here! I'm really easy going and although this is my house, I'm happy to give you an evening alone to have friends over etc and want you to feel completely at home here.
