It's a ground floor 2 bedroom flat right next to Crosshill station which is under 10 mins into central on the train. I love this area. Next to Queen's Park and close to shawlands with lots of cafes.
Bedroom is furnished with a comfy bed and big wardrobes. Living room, kitchen, utility cupboard and bathroom.
The building down the road has ongoing building works, but the first phase finished early, and phase 2 is due to start next week.
There are usually parking spaces close to the front door or just down the road.
I have a 12 year old dog. So someone who loves dogs and is used to dogs is a must. She is old, goes mental at the door bell and has bad breath, but if you can handle that she will shower you with love and cuddles. Which are amazing, especially if hungover.
My neighbours are great and really look after the back yard. So if you like gardening you can get involved too.
I'm open minded to anything and anyone. I just want to live with someone who i get on with, is respectful, clean and tidy. So want to know more then just get in touch for a chat. Thanks :)
