2-bed flat for rent - short term - south glasgow

I’m going travelling for 3-4 months so my 2 bedroom flat is available for rent temporarily in Glasgow's south side.

Available from mid March until August.

It’s a 3 bedroom flat but one room will be locked for my storage.

Spacious living room, great shower & bath, spacious kitchen with lotof storage, fully stocked & excellent gas cooker, dishwasher & washing machine & folding dining table.

The double room pictured has a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, folding desk, large chest of drawers - ample storage. It also has a mini fridge from its time as an Airbnb room - you can keep it in here, or if you're not into the hum of a fridge in your sleeping space, we can move it into the living room where it functions pretty well as a communal drinks & nibbles fridge!


The other room is currently set up as an office & yoga room. It’s a lovely space with big desk and another build in wardrobe.

Can easily put a double bed in here (pictured) if better suited to 2 people sharing, but I think the flat would be best suited to a couple looking for their own space.

I’m open to slight extension either side of the term above depending on circumstances.

It’s a quiet neigbourhood with children upstairs and an older lady downstairs so not suitable for parties!

Included in rent are all bills (heating tbc) inc Netflix & fibre optic broadband.

There is street parking outside the flat. Shawlands & Queens Park are about 15min walk, Pollock Park is about 20min walk, Langside train station is a 5min walk (15mins to Central station).
