Large bathroom includes a bath, power shower, wc and sink. Dennistoun is nice friendly area and being on a quiet street means there is little noise at night.

All bills are included in the rent which covers Virgin Media TV and wifi, water, gas, electricity and factoring costs. Free on-street parking available near the flat.

Alexandra Parade train station is only 30 seconds away with trains running every half hour to the city centre, and bus stop two minutes away with buses coming every 5 minutes or so. Its about a 25 minute walk into the city centre or a 5 minute cycle if you’ve got a bike. Co-op just along the road with Lidl and Parkhead Forge shopping centre less than ten minutes walk away. Glasgow Life pool and gym only one minute away. Alexandra park is nearby too.

You would be sharing with a 22 year old fourth year business student at Strathclyde uni who is sociable but respectful and tidy too. Looking for another student to share with for council tax reasons. Might suit someone looking for accommodation for the second semester.
Rent is £425 per month and one months rent is due as a deposit before moving in. Room is available until the end of August at the latest, however shorter lets would be considered.
