Kitchen with plenty of storage room. 2 cupboards each for food and 4 for communal storage of plates/pans/stuff like that as well as a drawer unit. New electric hob and washer/dryer (pretty fast - you can have laundry washed and dried in under 2hrs or a small amount like a top and jeans in under 45 mins!)

Average sized garden with washing line. Double driveway for parking or there's plenty on the street. Lots of supermarkets nearby and good transport links.

We are looking for either a student or a professional to move in. If you are not a student then you will be liable for council tax (the house is in band B and there is one other professional living here so would be split between you two)

If you are a student then there are no other costs as £425 per month covers the room, wifi and bills.

There is a gym and library at the end of the road (4/5 min walk from the house) and the library is often quite and has large tables which is great for working on projects!

Current housemates are two students studying civil engineering and electrical and mechanical engineering at Strathclyde university both age 20 and one professional aged 18.
