I have a double room available in a flat in the heart of Shawlands. My friend who I currently share with is moving to California (alright for some!), so the room is available from 23rd July.
Having stayed around the area for a number of years I can vouch for it as a vibrant place to be, with plenty of bars and cafés in the local area. There are also plenty of transport links to quickly and easily get all over Glasgow.
The property itself is a spacious tenement flat, with a particularly impressive kitchen and living room. It isn't done justice in the photos but I am currently hosting viewings, so get along and view if you're interested.
I'm a fairly relaxed guy who enjoys the usual things - music, gigs, football and the odd beer. Just looking for someone who is easy to get on with and will do their share to keep the place in decent shape.
