Spacious En-suite double bedroom to rent

I am a friendly and chatty person and have been told I'm funny to have around(to laugh at not with sometimes😂). I work Monday-friday in Livingston and and enjoy seeing friends when I can. So won't be under your feet all the time!
I am looking for a professional flatmate to share my spacious, lovely rented flat with. I'm looking for someone chatty and fun who likes eating and drinking together occasionally- be it copious cups of tea or G&T or beer! It's a large, roomy flat with plenty of space for two people to spend time together or separately. As part of the rent, there is also a designated parking space which I am happy to share.
I would like to live with someone who is happy to spend some time together in the flat. However I respect other people's personal space and don't take offence if you just fancy chilling out by yourself.
I'm not a big party animal but like socialising when the occasion arises and am happy to go for drinks or lazy Sunday brunch with a potential new flatmate.
I am happy to meet up with any potential new flatmates for coffee beforehand to see if we get on. Otherwise feel free to pop by and view the flat 😊
