The flat is a modern duplex ideally located in a quiet area at The Arc Bridge (squinty bridge).

The room is a large furnished (downstairs) double room with a view. It has full sliding door double wardrobe/drawers, bedside table, lamp, & has shelves for storing books etc

There is a good sized private bathroom with a large bathtub, plenty of space for toiletries and towel radiator (this is not en suite, its communal, however I do not use it)

Laundry room, WIFI, cable TV, dishwasher & free parking/lift access.

All bills included in the rent.

The lounge area is a wonderfully bright space with full length balcony and stunning views.

I'm a sociable 37 year old who works fairly long hours between different jobs. I have a miniature dachshund, he stays with friends and family often but will be around some of the time.
