Flatmate needed from 13th May-14th August 2018 for a clean, tidy flat in Maryhill.
Room available is a double bedroom with an en-suite, for £280pcm - bills not included as they are paid once every 3 months - except for broadband which is £10 a month. Bills are roughly £80 every 3 months.
Flat is 20 minute bus journey from city centre and 10 minute bus journey to University of Glasgow and there is parking at the flat also.
For those interested in long term tenancy, the other flatmate may leave once the contract is up on 14th August 2018 so you would need to find another flatmate.
