There is a big sitting room with two sofas, a bathroom with an electric shower and a kitchen.
The rent is £247.50 a month.
The letting agent would require a deposit of £495 and one month's rent in advance. They also need references.
The bills are separate and include gas, electricity, broadband and TV licence.
