The room itself comes with a double bed, massive wardrobe, storage cupboard, amazingly comfy leather chair, chest of 4 drawers, a coffee table, desk and chair. It also has 2 massive bay windows looking out over the surrounding area which, as the flat is on the 3rd floor, is a nice touch!
The flat also comes with a modest sized bathroom and fitted kitchen and complete with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer.
Situated close to multiple bus and train links into town, this flat I'd open to any and all applicants!
The current flatmates include a Polish chef and a German charity worker, both of which are fantastic craic and great people, I'm sad to leave them!
The room is a 5 month minimum stay and is priced at £125 a week, paid every 4 weeks. The rent includes all rates such as gas, electric, council tax, Internet and everything else! It's quite the steal!
