I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flatshare with 7 international students. The room will be available from the 27th of April. The lease ends in August but it can be extended if you want to stay.
The flat is super well located in Sauchiehall Street, between the City Centre and the West End. It is near all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, library, museum, park and so on) and 10-15 minutes from all the lovely places of Glasgow (Glasgow University, City Centre, Finnieston, West End, Merchant City…). + You won't hear the sweet sound of partygoers going home late at night.
The kitchen is quite large and furnished if you like to cook. There are 3 bathrooms, so everyone has their own space. The room is spacious and you can make it very cosy. Everything is provided: bedding, desk, dressers and a sink to be prepared in no time.
The rent is £450/month without bills but they are quite low (£15-20/month during winter) and a deposit of £400.
Do not hesitate to PM me for more details or even for a tour of the room if you are already around.
