Looking for tenants for a 2-bed flat. The rooms are displayed separately in this advert but the flat is to rent out as a whole so looking for either:
- one person to rent out the whole flat
- a couple/family to rent out the flat
- 2 people to rent the flat (one room each)
- 3 people to rent the flat (couple in the larger double room).

One of the double bedrooms is huge and the other is a good size.

The flat is spacious, newly decorated and the rooms also come largely furnished. Both bedrooms come with a double bed with new mattress, big chest of drawers and clothes rail. There is space to add more furniture if desired.
The departing tenant is also selling her large wardrobe so this is available to buy if you are interested.
The lounge comes with sofa, 2 armchairs, table and 4 chairs, TV table, coffee table and lamp.

I previously lived in the flat but had to move for work. I loved the flat and area so I can recommend it and should also be able to answer some local queries.

10mins walk to Mount Florida or Langside stations, which are a 10min journey to the City centre. There is also a bus stop just outside the flat.
5min walk to Battlefield shops
10-15mins walk to Shawlands shops/bars/cafes

The flats downstairs are families with young children, so this is not a flat to have parties in.

As a double-glazed top floor flat heat rises from the flats downstairs so utilities bills are fairly low.
