Spacious double room in perfect location

Hello and welcome to your new home!!!

Offering a spacious double room in Glasgow city centre. The room and the entire flat are fully furnished to a high standard. The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, desk with chair, bedside table and mirror. Ot has been recently redecorated. The flat is not very big but perfect for two people sharing, so no couples allowed. The flat is a seventh floor, cornered flat which makes the living room beautifully bright with nice views. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, and so is the bathroom.

Bills are not included (council tax band E, electricity and internet), and it makes the price go up to an average of 500 a month (a bit more in winter, a bit less in summer). I don't like or watch TV so I don't have a TV nor a licence. Feel free to bring your own!

Looking for professionals only, just because otherwise council tax would be on me exclusively (If you are a student and are willing to pay your sharing of council tax nonetheless, then I am ok with this too)
No smokers and no pets, as specified by the landlord. The landlord is super nice and will meet you and provide a contract once we agree on sharing. This is a buddy up arrangement, not a sublet, if you are not sure what the difference is feel free to drop me a message.

About me: what I am looking for is someone respectful, that would understand this is my home as well as his/hers. (No preference on gender). Tidy is a must. Would be a plus if we get along and can have a chat and a laugh. I love having people over, so must be ok with this. I love being around people but sometimes I just need some 'me' time, and I will respect yours too! I speak English and Spanish. I work in criminal justice and while currently I work from home, usually I'm out in the field. Love quiet but also love adventure, noise and people, it is all about balance! reading, swimming, travelling.
