Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat preferably long-term who is able to start the lease from 17th December/1st January.
(current flatmate paid till 31st December but is able to empty the room from 17th December)

The flat is facing the main street so some of the nights are pretty noisy because all the bars are around.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a light sleeper or if you looking for a very very quiet place.
Amazing location, ideal for students . Close to Glasgow City College, Glasgow Uni and Strathclyde Uni, Tesco and all bars and pubs.
£400 per month (all bills included) and £250 deposit.
