Student Accommodation Room Available

Currently looking for someone to take over the current tenancy agreement as I'm going home for summer at the end of April.

The tenancy agreement lasts until July the 13th, so roughly 9 weeks left. Current price is £115 per week with a deposit of £150.

The room has a small double bed, study area, ample storage which includes draws, shelves and under bed storage. The en-suite is complete with a shower, sink, and toilet as well as a large mirror. The room will be well cleaned before arrival too.

The flat has a shared kitchen/communal area, which has plenty of space, including sofas and a breakfast bar.

Currently there are 4 other flatmates, all very chill and great to get along with, currently unsure if they intend on staying once they have finished the semester.

The building includes an on site launderette, study area, cinema room, and even a on site gym. The staff are also very friendly and helpful too.

PLEASE NOTE: I aim to be going home for summer early in May, therefore I am hoping to rent the room out before then and will be unable to be there in person for room tours etc. once I have left.
