Hey all!

I am moving out of my student accommodation earlier than expected and thus need someone to take over my tenancy contract.

Available from 4 June, but I am flexible to a later date. My contract is until end of August.

It is a classic ensuite double bedroom. In other words, you have your own bathroom with shower. Bed is 3/4. You have a huge desk running along one side of the wall for all your studying needs, or art creations.

There are on-site common rooms, and 24H CCTV as well as security.

Current flatmates are very nice, but keep to themselves a lot so you will get plenty of privacy. One is an undergrad student at Glasgow School of Art and the other a postgrad student at Strathclyde Uni. There is another flatmate, but she will move out before you move in (However, someone might take her room).

Rent is 109 per week, all bills included (water, electricity, gas, wifi).

The accommodation is very close to Glasgow Caledonian university and Strathclyde University. Buchanan Galleries and the shopping streets are but a short walk away. If you walk 20 min in the other direction you will find Lidl, Tesco Extra and Costco all in one place.
