The space: The large, spacious flat is situated on Glasgow’s hub, Sauchiehall Street with fast Broadband and Amazon fire sticks loaded onto the TV, in addition to an electric radiator in the room. The price is all bills included.

The cosy double room features a modern leather sofa facing the 42” TV with fully loaded Amazon Firestick including Netflix, Spotify and Amazon Prime. The skylight lit room is fitted with ample storage space including a clothes rail, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet as well as plenty of space for personalisations.

The flat is In the heart of the city centre on Sauchiehall street, within walking distance to both the West End and Buchanun Bus Station. Being situated beside the Glasgow School of Art, the flat is a short walk to all of Glasgow’s universities, in addition to being 5 minutes from the business sector. There are also 2 local gyms, cafes and coffee shops on street. Additionally, the local Tesco is across the street in addition to being surrounded by bars, restaurants and public transport links.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and all cookware appliances including pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, toastie-maker, 2 fridge-freezers; with your own cupboards for storage as well as dedicated shelves in the fridge-freezer. All basic amenities are included such as plates, glasses and cooking utensils.

Bathroom:

Featuring a high pressured hot water-ready electric shower, the bathroom has personal shelving for each tenant allowing you to keep your personal belongings separate in the unit in addition to a towel rack and floor mats.

Roommates:

The current tenants range from professionals in IT to students alike; the flat is kept clean & tidy but the atmosphere is relaxed and casual.

Extras:

The flat is kept clean and tidy via the weekly cleaning rota whereby each flatmate is given cleaning roles which cycle between flatmates each week.

A flat kitty is also in place to ensure everyone is treated fairly when it comes to buying basic amenities such as toilet roll, cleaning supplies etc.

Flat inspections are done every 6 months.

House rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties and all flatmates must be respectful of other flatmates which means no loud music on weekdays, don’t leave your things lying around and generally just be respectful :)
