Gorgeous City Centre apartment, very close to School of Art, with modern interior. Features massive skylights (and fairy lights along the ceiling) for bright, open vibe.
Kitchen very modern with glass partition onto front room for more open-plan feel.
Traditional tenement stairway entrance and short modern spiral staircase into the flat.

Wooden floors in lounge and kitchen, tiles in bathroom, carpeted bedrooms.
Central heating (smart meter).
Washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker w fan oven.
Large modern couches, contemporary furniture. All bedrooms situated off the front room. Shared bathroom (my bedroom has an en-suite so less competition in the morning).

Great location but not a party flat. I'm a pretty relaxed & quiet flatmate so looking for someone similar.
