Large double room, with en-suite bathroom, available in Merchant City flat (very close to the University of Strathclyde). The flat has a large well equipped kitchen and separate living/dining room.
You would be living with 2 guys and one girl in their mid twenties/early thirties. The girl works in student admin at Edinburgh Uni while myself and the other guy work in research at Strathclyde.
We are all pretty chilled out and like to think of ourselves as friendly. The atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed. We usually socialise over dinner and occasionally go for a quiet drink somewhere.
Rent and Council Tax is £532 total and bills are £50 on top of that. One month deposit required. Ideally looking for a professional for council tax reasons but would consider a postgraduate student who is willing to pay the portion of the council tax. We cant give an exact availability date as the current flatmate in this room is uncertain about when they will leave but it should be between mid December and early January.
Please get in touch if you'd like to meet us and see the room, or want more information.
