I am looking for someone to take over my student accommodation at Liberty Park, so that I can return to my family. Liberty Park is city centre and very close to some of the top Scottish universities, as well as being close to transport links. It's a great place for students.

The room is en-suite and has a spacious shared living room and kitchen. There's also a common room, launderette, reception (they take in all your mail and parcels-never miss a parcel again!), cinema room and free events all year. There's also a 24/7 security and maintenance which means it feels very safe here and you can always find help if you need it.

There's plenty of space and all your bills and wifi are included. I will also leave you some basic kitchen utensils to get you started!

The price is £126 a week (but works out £99 as you stop paying rent in June) and the lease expires on the 28th of August, leaving the last couple of months rent free as it will have already been included in your earlier bills which fit around SAAS for your convenience.
