Bright Double room in Garnet Hill

Hi everyone

I have a lovely double bedroom available within a clean cozy and furnished 2 bedroom flat in Garnet Hill. A stones throw from Cowcaddens Subway Station and excellent walking distance from town. A 20 minutes walk from Kelvingroove Park and 10 minutes walk to the Scottish Canals.

The room is a nice big size with a wide desk, big wardrobe, and a little bedside table. I worked up the best configuration to use the space the best but obviously you can play around with the furniture.

The kitchen it's not so big but is well equipped and (drumroll) there is a dishwasher to make your life more enjoyable; meaning more time for Netflix!
The Living room is probably the nicest spot of the house, the light is beautiful there, and the plants thrive like crazy.
There is no TV but who needs a TV when you have plants?
The bathroom is similar to the one that my grandparents had back on the 70's but hey ho, it does its work! No complaints other than it's ugly haha

You will share the flat with a 35 yo woman ( ME ) but I feel 25 inside and I live pretty much like a youngster too (my last room mate was 21), although my alcohol tolerance has decreased to 0...
I am a recent Graduate from Glasgow School of Art, and I just finish my degree on Silversmithing and Jewellery Design. I love art and I tend to work a lot in the living room as I have more space there. I plan to set up there a wee Jewellers workbench, that's why I leave available the big room in exchange of me taking a bit over the living room :)

In my spare time (lockdown days) I have been reading and watching series and movies, taking care of my little jungle, and cooking. Before lockdown I used to go to exhibitions, dance Lindy Hop (swing dancing) and go to gigs (Punk, Rock, Reggae, Blues, Jazz...) and meet my friends on the pub for a wee sesh...

I am vegan ( yeah...I am one of those) so if you are at least vegetarian you have doble points. But if you like the flat and you think we are a good match please get in touch with me even you are not a veggie, don't feel rejected!!

I am looking not only for someone to occupy the room but someone to get along with, share and have a good time. I want you to feel at home as much as I do, honestly I love this place!

The bills are not included, and they are as follow:

Broadband: £17
Council Taxes: £86
Electricity: Depends on the month, summer months are £20 each and winter can go up to £60...
