We are a friendly flat a stones throw from the centre of town and close to all amenities.

Easy walking distance to all universities and a hop, skip and a jump from The Art School and The Conservatoire.

The flat is exceptionally spacious and fully furnished. It has a large communal sitting room and a separate large kitchen. The space is spread over 2 floors which makes it feel more of a house than a flat and you never fee on top of each other. It also has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) and 4 bedrooms.

You would be joining 3 other flatmates, all studying masters degrees at different universities. We have just have Superfast fibre broadband installed which is great!

All bills, are divided equally between 4 but as a tenant you are not charged agent fees or factoring fees. We would prefer a student to join us as at present we are all students and don't pay council tax.
