About the flat:
Large three bedroom flat in the West-area of the city centre. We live 3 minutes away from the Charing Cross train station, 2 minutes away from a Tesco Express, 10 minutes away from many shops, and minutes away from many pubs and restaurants. The kitchen comes with a lot of cupboards, a dishwasher and a lovely eating area.
Your room is big and south facing. It has a walk-in closet incorporated with an additional chest of drawers inside. There is an additional normal wardrobe so storage would not be an issue. The room includes a double bed, a built-in bedside shelve, 2 vanity tables and a set of desk + chair. Currently the room is arranged differently but we have included a picture of how it
About us:
Hello! My name is Isabel. I am from Spain but have been living in Scotland for almost 9 years! Currently I am studying at Strathclyde to become a Primary teacher. I also work as a receptionist on weekends (although that's currently not happening due to Covid). On my free time, I enjoy listening to music, cooking, watching shows and/or movies, gaming, going on walks, sorting through photos, drawing and/or painting, ect. When Covid allows it, I love to go out to eat, as well as having the occasional friend over to have some dinner + drinks.
I would love a flatmate who likes to do their own thing, but is also happy to socialise with us. I love my me-time but would love to get along with my new flatmate and do things together from time to time (watch a movie, have dinner together, have a coffee or a few glasses of wine...etc)
Yo! My name is Rocio I am a 4th Mech Eng student at Strath. I am Spanish, like Isa, and have been living here for a while. I am very busy with my course, however, I enjoy taking a break and socialising as a flat by going on walks, watching netflix, eating together etc. I like to read, play games, go on walks and sew in my spare time. Pre-covid I liked to keep active going ice skating, hiking, hanging out with friends etc. I am very understanding about keeping a good balance of socialising vs me time so there is no pressure if you wanna be alone for a while.
About Council Tax: Rocio and I are currently students so you would need to pay for council tax by yourself for the first few months (we recommend you apply for the 25% discount though). However, from August, I (Isabel) will start working full time and will pay half of the council tax with you.
