Bedroom available city centre

We have a bedroom with a double bed, desk and large wardrobe.

The flat is situated just beside Glasgow Caledonian University and the bus station. It is also 5 minute walk to Sauchiehall Street and range of super markets and shops.

We have a large living room and good kitchen alongside a balcony. One bedroom has an en suite meaning the main bathroom is only shared with one other.

Bills are around £30 a month. The WiFi speeds are generally quite fast and we have a gas cooker.

We would be keeping that flat until September and at that point would need to reassess living arrangements.

We are looking for a new flat mate as the previous tennant for the room could not return to the UK after hotel quarentining was introduced.

Myself and Iain (the other two tenants) are two fourth year students at Strathclyde from Scotland. We will be looking to work in glasgow over summer.

The room is availible todag although it would be ideal if you could move in by the end of March.
