This is a 4-bedroom flat near Strathclyde uni. Extremely convenient for students and professionals, high street train station within 6 mins walking distance and several shops around (Morrison’s, Lidl, Aldi etc).

Common area:
There are two bathrooms in this flat and there will never be embarrassing situ where you can’t use the toilet. 3 storage rooms and 1 laundry room. spacious kitchen + dining table, oven microwave and basically everything you need are equipped.

Your bedroom:
South facing so there’ll be sunshine when the weather’s nice (rare), a cozy double bed, electric heating, a couch and desk+swivel chair. There’s a wee walk-in closet in the room so your room would be extra tidy if you want to fit all your wardrobe in there.

Flatmates are all super nice and we respect each other’s privacy and we hope you do too:) we all try to keep this flat tidy and clean and if you like keeping things this way please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
The only thing is that I might not be able to guarantee you an exact date to move in because I’m still not 10000% sure about when I’ll move out, so it should be no earlier than April the 8th.
