There is a spare room in the flat I am living in. It is in the city centre. Easy access to bus, subway, supermarkets. There is no share living room. Toilets and kitchen are both shared. The room is opp the kitchen. Most people in the flat speak Chinese and English. I would prefer students as the room can fit a double bed. No smoking would be great. Bills do not include gas or water. Only electricity needs to be pay.
