Two Bedroom Apartment in City Centre

Hello,

I am looking for an (easy going) flatmate to replace the one who is leaving at the end of May.

The flat is one-minute walk to Glasgow Central Station. Easy access to any public transport.

There are two bedrooms each coming with a small double bed and wardrobe. First room on the north side with en suite (occupied by me), and second room on the south side with a private big bathroom (literally) right outside the door just for yourself. Also, your room was renewed at the beginning of this year (painting, replacing the carpet with panels etc.)

Additionally, the rooms are on the opposite corners separated by the living room, which provides some extra privacy.

The shared living room and kitchen comes with basic essential (a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer etc.).

The flat is not the newest, but it is certainly far from dated as well.

Approx. £550 per month (rent £725 / 2 = £362, council tax £290 / 2 = £145, gas & electricity £40-60 / 2 = ~£30, internet = £25 / 2 = ~£12)
