My two current flatmates are moving out at the end of the month and I need two new people to take over their places. Some of the best things about the flat are the lounge, the dishwasher, and the incredible location. I'm looking for two sociable and outgoing people who enjoy having people over, drinks at home, and especially as lockdown eases going out. Ideally you should also be clean and tidy and willing to pitch in with household chores. It would be amazing if we could be friends as well as flatmates so I'm looking to meet with everyone in person before accepting any offers. I am vegan, and vegans and vegetarians are preferred though the other new flatmate eats meat sometimes so you'd have to be alright with that.

Bedroom 1 is the smaller of the two rooms but is incredibly bright and has ample storage space, This room is available from (07/06/21)

Bedroom 2 has now been rented out.

The flat has a utility room (not pictured) that has both an additional sink, a freezer and a washing machine. It's also split level which is pretty cool

Nearby supermarkets include Tesco (3 mins) Farmfoods (5 mins) M&S (5 mins) and Lidl (15 mins)
