I currently have a large double room available to rent, it comes with a double fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and a super king-size bed . The main bathroom is for your use as I don't use it. The bathroom has a walk in shower an a free standing bath.
The property is right next to Merchant city, situated on St Andrews Street.

Rent, council tax, fiber broadband, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Gas, Electricity and bi-weekly cleaner.
The property has a large TV( 75"), a rowing machine, two small balconies, large leather sofa, induction cooker and breakfast bar.
I am an engineer and I work abroad sometimes for a few weeks at a go, so you would have the place to yourself when I do.
