For Groceries - you have Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Savers, Oaka (4-7 minutes walk) and Morrisons (10 minutes walk);
Park - Glasgow Green (7-10 minutes walk);
Shopping and Transport - All the city centre amenities, Buchanan bus station, train stations (Queen street, Central, High Street) and universities (Strathclyde and Caledonian) are all at walking distances as well (<20 minutes).

The flat is on the first floor and consists of a wee hallway, two double rooms, a bright living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, a shared bathroom and communal garden.
Your south-facing room comes with a comfy double bed, bedside table, lamp, spacious built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. The wall paint in the bedroom has just been refreshed.
It is a residential area so you feel quite safe and the landlords are nice and helpful.

The rent per calendar month for your room will be £456.00 plus the factor’s monthly fees of £36, which comes to a total of £492.

Bills are not included in the rent and approximately come up to £180-230 per person (this includes Council Tax, electricity and internet). The electricity bill varies depending on usage.

Female only. No couples. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the flat. No Disabled access - up 1 flight of stairs. Flat available until 30th June 2024.

A little about me :
I am a 29 year old working professional so I prefer a working female professional as a flatmate (due to council tax or if you’re a female student, a half-share of the reduced council tax will still be due.)
During my free time you’ll usually find me camouflaging with the couch while watching Netflix (all the kdramas) or painting or cooking or trying to learn all the latest tiktok trends. I travel quite often so you will have the house to yourself now and then.
I am easy to get along with. I respect ones privacy and am pretty social when I need to be. It’s also important to me that we always keep shared spaces tidy especially the kitchen and bathroom.
I’d like to be friends with the person I live with so someone like-minded would be nice.
