Hi all, urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Unite Students Accommodation which is in 4-6 Blackfriars Rd, Glasgow, G1 1QL from the 1st of June. I have a contract till 28/08 but you can renew the contract anytime again and continue your stay.
The rent is £111 p/w. And they are taking the rent through instalments. Everything is included such as utility, free wifi, water etc.
2-3 minutes walk to the University of Strathclyde, Aldi is just beside the building and Tesco is 4 min walk. George Square, Buchanan street is just 10 min walk. And the high street station is just 3 min walk. The city centre is just 10/12 min walking distance. The bus stop is just 5 min walk. So it's a prime location for students.
