The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with fibre broadband and good amenities, including a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The flat has large windows which make it lovely and bright. The flat comes fully furnished with high-quality furniture and decor, and has a secure buzzer entry system.

The room has a large built-in closet with lots of storage space and floor-length mirrors. It comes fully furnished with a double-bed (and mattress), bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

The flat is located very centrally in a quiet area, and only an 8-minute walk away from Argyle Street Station and a 15-minute walk to Glasgow Central. There are also plenty of buses nearby and lots of shops, restaurants and cafés in the area. Glasgow Green is only a 3-minute walk away.

Rent is £550/month and bills add up to around £180 (bills, wifi and council tax). Please note, you will be required to go through the normal referencing process of the letting agency before you can move in.

A bit about me: I’m 27 and work as an events coordinator. I work from home a couple days a week (unless work is very busy) and I enjoy a cozy night in with a glass of wine and a good book. I love travelling, spending time with friends and eating good food.
