The flat has 3 spacious bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and hob, built in fridge and freezer) dining and living room, bathroom, separate shower room and a large welcoming hallway. Even though the flat is situated in the city centre, it is located on a quieter road away from the nightlife.

In the flat there is a male engineering student, and a female business student, who are looking for a student to be the third flatmate in the flat.

The room has a rental price of £500 per month, WiFi and TV license included. The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Queen Street Station, 5 minutes from Central Station, 10 minutes from Strathclyde and 15 minutes from Glasgow Caledonian. There is a Tescos and a Sainsburys only a few minutes away too.

The ideal flat mate would have to be clean and tidy, be considerate to others. We are ideally looking for a student of similar age to the current occupants.
