The flat is in a convenient Glasgow centre location. It is close to the Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow School of Art and the Mitchell Library. There is a diverse range of amenities close by, including supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Sauchiehall St. is within walking distance to the West End and some of Glasgow’s best venues, including the King's Theatre, Theatre Royal, Glasgow Film Theatre and the Royal Concert Hall.

The property is furnished and comprises of Kitchen — Two bedrooms — Bathroom — One large storage room — Two storage cupboards.

A wardrobe and bed in the available room belong to the current tenant.

The rent is £337.5/month (as I’ve been staying in the property for four years, the rent is lower in comparison to other flats in the building). Bills are around £50-£65 (depending on gas & electricity consumption) per person (excl. Council Tax; band C. £72.5 per person).

I am looking for a really reliable, quiet, tidy (!), and privacy respecting flat mate. I am an active person, working for a charity, volunteering, and exercising; it is crucial for me to have a quality rest at home. Most of the time, I organise get-togethers in town, so it would be great to have someone with a similar attitude and needs of a peaceful space. :)
