I’m looking to rent out my large double bedroom for £180 a week. All bills included.

The flat is located down at the river in Glasgow’s sought after Lancefield Quay development in Finnieston, the new “West End” of Glasgow, it is the most trendy place to stay in Glasgow right now with all the fancy restaurants and bars not even a minutes walk away. It’s a 15 min walk into the city centre and same into the west end.

The flat has a large open plan living area. Kitchen has a dish washer and breakfast bar gas cooker and fan oven and utility cupboard has a washer/dryer. Dinning area has a 6 seat glass and leather chair dining room table. Living area has 2 large leather sofas and one chair and coffee table. Living room also comes with a 55 inch tv with most sky channels. Your bedroom comes with 6 large drawers and normal sized wardrobe. Bed as a pocket sprung mattress and wooden side tabe and lamp. The flat also has a large balcony. The main bathroom will be mainly for your use as I have an en-suit.

A bit about me, I work in a restaurant so my shifts change weekly so I will be in and out at all different times although mostly work at night. I am a very social person and don’t mind the odd party or two as long as the guest respect the flat. I’m a chilled out guy and would get in with anyone. Please be a clean / tidy person in the main living area.
