Hey there I'm James, I'm a student going into my 4th year at Glasgow Uni and as my old flatmate is moving out I'm looking for another student to share my place with.

The flat is on Dumbarton Road no more than fifteen minutes from the Uni, ten minutes from Partick Station and practically across the road from the underground so it's very easy to get from there to any other part of the city. It's also a really nice modern building so a lot of the usual tenement issues like dampness or it being too cold or too dark are things of the past!

The room on offer is part of a two bedroom flat which has a really bright and spacious living room and kitchen with all the usual amenities as well as a dishwasher and a swanky new 4k tv and PS4! The room itself has a double bed, a small window overlooking Dumbarton Road itself and plenty of storage space.

I'm an easy going and friendly guy, in my spare time I enjoy some gaming and running in the city as well as going to the Highlands for some hiking and camping whenever I get the chance. I'm also a total out of the closet nerd so if you're the kind of person who'd be down for beers and board games we'll get on great!
