Hi,

I have a double room with own bathroom available in Broomhill, the bathroom is fully tiled and fitted to include a walk-in power-shower and heated towel rail, the outside space has been recently been landscaped and have a seating area which is a suntrap in the afternoons. The rent includes all bills, wi-fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. There is a television and Ariel in the room, the room is freshly decorated with new oak furniture land furniture.

The flat is a main door and is a large style Victorian building with four meter ceilings and a large kitchen, Livingroom and dining room. There is also a basement for additional storage if needed. The whole place has been fitted with oak flooring and recently decorated. I have also had a new boiler fitted so the flat has a constant temperature.

Victoria park is a five minute walk, cutting through takes you to Scotston Leisure Centre, easy access to motorways/the tunnel and a ten minute walk to the underground/train station, it is approx. a 45/60 min walk from George Square if its a sunny day!

It's a great home and I love living there:-)
