We have a room to rent in a 3 bed flat in the West End. The flat has excellent location, about 10 minutes from University of Glasgow and Subway station is just around the corner. The city centre is a 25 minute walk away. The flat is also very close to grocery shops (Lidl is 10 min away) and bars on the Great Western Road.
The rent is 300 + bills, which are around 50 per month.
About the current flatmates: We are students at Uni of Glasgow (Undergrad & Postgrad). We are chill, like to go out for a pizza and have a glass of wine but also go out on the weekend.
We are looking for a responsible, fun person to share a flat with. Preferably a female and a student (this one is a must).
