Doctor looking for flatmate Kelvindale (West End)

Double room available in the West End of Glasgow (Dorchester Avenue), comes with virgin tv, wifi, access to netflix, a new kitchen and boiler, cavity wall insulation and double glazing for those long winter nights.

There's also a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom, and there is a third small bedroom for guests. The flat is a 3 minute walk from Kelvindale station, and a 13 min walk from Anniesland station. There is also easy access to buses nearby, and free parking available on the street.

There's a front and back garden, which I've gradually been filling with flowers! Both get plenty of sun, and the back overlooks the woods and the canal.

I have an adorable rescue cat, who is very clean and fairly demanding of cuddles. Any flatmates are not expected to do chores relating to the cat - she is my responsibility! The cat is very friendly towards humans and dogs, but not so much to other cats.

It would be nice to share with someone fairly social. I love a nice evening in chatting / watching bake off, and make a mean G&T. I feel it is only fair to warn potential renters that whilst I am generally very cheerful and outgoing, I tend to be a bear in the mornings.

I work as a doctor, and unfortunately that means I work weird shifts, but am usually very quiet when coming back late at night.

If you're reasonably tidy, up for a good chat and glass of wine, don't mind sharing cleaning duties, and are willing to be reasonably quiet on the rare occasions that I am on night shift, feel free to apply!
