This is a really nice flat which faces onto Byres road and is across from Hillhead subway station, so it's handy if you need to get into the city centre. Furnished double room available. There is a spacious living room and somewhat box kitchen that gets the job done!

I've read what other people have written in this box and find myself not having a clue what to say!

I'm a professional and have just completed my masters. I am employed full time so working Mon - Fri. I am a bit of a social butterfly so sometimes I'm galavanting out and about, this often involves going out for dinner/ catching up with friends. Happy to be sharing with someone who is sociable and likes a blether, but also know that people will want their own space and as will I at times #Netflix! I also like to gym and cook.

I don't really drink myself and not big on huge flat parties, but no bother with folk coming over. I'm a little past the stage of the whole flat party thing, hence I'm ideally looking for someone who is also working / respects that I'm working through the week. I would also say that I am quite tidy and clean, so would appreciate if communal areas are kept nice!
