I have a large bright room in a spacious traditional West End flat with stunning city views.
The flat has many original victorian features, stripped wood and sanded floors, original plasterwork and marble fireplaces.
You will share the spacious sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and wood panelled bathroom with three flatmates.
We have Amazon Prime and MUBI on the TV which is linked to the sound system.
Our cleaner (included in rent) comes in every two weeks to clean the communal areas although we all keep the place tidy.
There is a large communal garden at to back of the flat.
We are looking for an affable professional or mature student wanting to live in the centre of the West End.
The flat is situated 2 minutes walk from Glasgow University; with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and transport links all nearby.
The city centre is about a half hours walk from the flat.
Everybody gets on well together here and many different European nationals have lived here over the years. At present three Scots and an Italian.
Please note that we are looking for another guy for the room. Sorry Ladies and girls.
Rent is all inclusive.
