I have a spare room to let, in a comfortable, quiet and well kept flat. The room has recently been redecorated and has a single bed (but the room is big enough to accommodate a double bed). You would also have your own bathroom most of the time, as the flat has two. Shared living room/kitchen. Parking available.
I would rather let the room to a professional, but would be happy to consider a mature student, but please bear in mind the flat is not a party flat. I'm looking to share with someone friendly, tidy and respectful.
Bills included - gas/electric, council tax, factors fees, unlimited fibre broadband.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Maryhill train station and the bus stop is just at the top of the road. The centre of Glasgow can be reached within 20 minutes. Bearsden/Milngavie can be reached in 5/10 minutes by car or bus. The flat is also very handy for the Science Park and Glasgow University Garscube campus. Asda, Morrison's and Marks and Spencer's nearby.
