About the room. It's a double, good size room with plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The flat is a 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat in the west end of Glasgow. There's a shared bathroom with a pressure shower; a large open living room with views overlooking the Hyndland area; modern kitchen with an induction hob, washer dryer, and a good size fridge freezer. The flat also has gas central heating and a bright entrance hall. Located in the west end of glasgow (very close to Hyndland) its in an ideal place for easy access into the city centre with Hyndland train station just 8 minutes walk away. The area is nice and quiet but there is a class selection of bars and other things close by. On top of this, there is also a sainsburys a 10 minute walk from the flat (in the west end retail park)
As for me, I'm a social, clean, and friendly guy who is always keen for a beer and a chat whether it's a night in or out. I love a good film night and like to explore new places and things at the weekends :) I work 9-5 during the week so I like to make use of my time off.
The £575 per month includes bills and council tax. Flat address is 2/2, 217 Crow Road.
