Located 5 minutes walk from Great Western Road and Maryhill Road, 10-15 minutes from Glasgow University, the location is ideal for anyone working in the west end or studying at the University.

The flat is on the ground floor in a very quiet area. Very comfy living room, standard kitchen, bathroom features over-bath shower. Sharing with one other person.

The room offers a double bed, a desk with a chair, two bedside cabinets, a 3-drawer unit and a cupboard, with additional space for eventual addition of other piece of furniture.

Students are preferred if possible due to council tax exemption but non-students are also welcome. Available for short staying (at least six months) or for longer periods.

The rent is 325 £, utilities not included (electricity and internet -Virgin fiber- but the bill total rarely goes above 40 £, especially during spring/summer time)

One month rent deposit, one month leaving notice
