This 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in the West End of Glasgow on the banks of the Forth and Clyde Canal with easy access to Byres Road, Great Western Road as well as a local train station just 10min walk that will take your right into Glasgow Queen Street Station.

I have a double room available to rent. The ground floor has a large kitchen/dining areas with living area and small w/c. First floor has 2 double rooms, bathroom and large living room

The space
The estate has private parking and a friendly neighbourhood. With 4 bedroom in total, I will be renting out 1 double room.

Access to all kitchen equipment will be available and use of both the ground floor and first floor bathrooms and living areas. THe garden walks down onto the canal with its own jetty and small boathouse.

I'm a very outgoing individual and enjoy golf, badminton....plus I like to think I'm a pretty good cook. I respect other people private space but I'm also very sociable with people so I wouldn't shut myself away.
