You'll share the bathroom and kitchen with a professional of the other double bedroom on the ground floor flat, who is lovely, quiet and very friendly.

I (the owner) am a professional who live in the flat floor above. I really enjoy living in this part of town myself.

All bills included in the rent (electricity, heating, wifi, tv licence) and council tax also included.

- 1 min walk from the bustling Byres Rd (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants)
- 3 mins from Hillhead subway station (that takes you to the city centre in 10 mins)
